Hans Suhr is the proprietor of Hans Suhr & Associates which was established in 1994 to provide labour relations and employment consulting services to small and medium size business. Over the years Hans has expanded the services offered to include leadership training, workplace conduct, understanding Employment Standards and Human Rights and many more.
Hans has more than 45 years of experience in all aspects of workplace issues and has at various times been employed as a Supervisor in an industrial setting, a local and national Union Representative, an Industrial Relations Officer for the Employment Standards Branch, a Regional Manager for the Employment Standards Branch, Interim Director of the Employment Standards Branch an original member of the Employment Standards Tribunal, and as an HR Manager.
Hans has assisted his clients in appearing before all manner of administrative tribunals. Over the past 5 years, Hans has been working with First Nations in governance matters.
